I've lived near the beach as long as I can remember! I was born and raised in Orange County, California. During university and my early married years, I spent my time teaching and working, and raising little ones in San Diego, California. After a quick stint in North Carolina, we spent nearly 15 years in Lima, Peru. Recently, our family relocated back to the "Right Coast," and now we enjoy life in Wilmington, North Carolina. Once you've experienced living on the coast, it’s truly difficult to imagine living anywhere else.

Mende is an excellent agent! She was the perfect advocate for my husband and I through our buying and selling journey.
